Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is a process where key constituents of a school examine its current state (strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth), involving stakeholders in a systematic thinking process, to plan ways of increasing the school’s strengths and areas for growth.

The final product will be a five-year strategic plan that helps the school to demonstrate quality (with an outstanding product, as measured by Mission and Catholic Identity, and Academic Excellence), sound business management (with outstanding Governance and Leadership, and Operational Vitality) 1

These pages will give you information about the process, introduce you to the Strategic Planning Team for St. Isaac Jogues, and to give you updates on the Team's progress.
