The Yearbook Committee is made up of about 20 middle school students and two advisors. The committee is run by the students. They decide what pictures to use and create the yearbook online using a yearbook wizard. This year the students decided that they wanted to take a picture of the entire student body on the parking lot. We put two photographers on the roof of the school and lined the students up. It was a very exciting day for the kids. The picture turned out great!
The yearbook is 40 pages long and includes pictures and captions of all of the activities happening at SIJ. The committee also produces a power point presentation that is viewed at the Honors Ceremony at the end of the school year.
This is the second year for the committee.
