Dear Parents and Jr. High Students,
Hello, my name is Mrs. Cindy Nicholson, and I am excited once again to be heading up St. Isaac's Drama Club.
The Drama Club will meet in the Art Room directly after school from 3:15 pm to 4:45 pm. The first meeting will be an introduction to the club and some improvisation games. There is no fee to join. Drama Club meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students are not required to be there on both days unless they audition and are cast in the production. Auditions will be held sometime before Thanksgiving break.
Who does the Drama Club need?
Any Junior High student with the desire to have fun and learn different aspects of putting on a stage production.
Artists: design and draw the program cover, production flyers and sketch out the scenery on the flats to be painted.
Backstage Crew: paint and construct the set, assist in applying character make-up, stage managers, stage hands to move set during performance, ushers, box office.
Actors: for the production and workshops.
